Beautiful and bright 76 sqm apartment that comfortably accommodates six people, located on the second floor of a building without elevator completely renovated in 2016.
The property is very close to the Castle in the Renaissance area of ​​Ferrara, in a central district (ZTL - traffic restricted area), but quiet with all services nearby. Within walking distance, you will find bars, bakeries, bakeries, restaurants, open-air bars and a supermarket.

The inside is organised as follows:
Living area. Double sofa bed and television, kitchen equipped with dishwasher, electric kettle, traditional oven and microwave oven, utensils.
Two double bedrooms.
Bathroom. Shower box, with bidet, washing machine and hairdryer.

Pets allowed on request upon payment of 40 euros per stay for thorough cleaning.

ATTENTION: Ercole de Roberti and Francesco del Cossa streets are in the ZTL (limited traffic area). At the entrance to via Ercole de Roberti there are cameras and it is not possible to access to the area by car without a special permit. In Via Biagio Rossetti, Cosmè Tura and Contrada della Rosa you can find free or paid parking. The Palazzo dei Diamanti car park is about 400 meters away and costs two euros per day, while the one in Piazza Sacrati is about 600 meters away.

MOVEMENTS:
- From Ferrara railway station, it is possible to reach the apartment on foot in just over 15 minutes. Alternatively, it is possible to take bus no. 1/6/9/11 to "Cavour P. Beretta" stop, a 4-minute walk from the property;

- From Bologna Marconi airport, it is possible to reach the property in 40 minutes by car / taxi;

- For those travelling by car, Via Ercole de Roberti and Via Francesco del Cossa streets are in the ZTL (limited traffic area). The apartment is located within the ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone) so the license plate will be required to access with the access pass which will be sent on the day of check-in.

USEFUL INFORMATION:
Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Ferrara Climatic Zone E: 13 hours a day from October 22th to April 7th

The apartment has a self check-in system, so you can access the apartment independently with the personal code that we will provide you a few days before arrival.

NB: You must complete the document registration and online check-in process in order to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment.
