Our apartment is located in a residential neighborhood a few steps from the center and well served by shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, banks and bus stops.
Close to places of cultural interest and just 15 minutes walk from the Margherita Gardens, for beautiful walks in the countryside!
The portico of Via Mazzini is the only one, together with that of Via Saragozza, which comes out of the city walls.
It can comfortably accommodate 4 people, with all the necessary amenities at your disposal.
The apartment is on the second floor of a building with a lift.
Inside, you will find the spaces divided into:
Kitchen living room. Double sofa bed and kitchen equipped with coffee machine, electric kettle, traditional oven and microwave oven, various utensils.
Bedroom. Double bed.
Bathroom. Shower cubicle, toilet, washing machine and bidet.
Other services available. Free wifi, television, iron, drying rack, split air conditioning and balcony.

According to Italian Law, all identity documents of the guests must be exhibited on arrival.

The atmosphere of the neighborhood is very lively and colorful of the typical red and orange buildings with arcades, which make Bologna the main feature.
Due to the fact that it is very close to the center but just outside the door, the advantage is that it is located in an area that is not limited to traffic and therefore always easily reachable by any means of transport.
Quiet, prestigious area, a stone's throw from the Regina Margherita park and the Antoniano Church (and Theater). Close to the city center, to the Sant'Orsola / Malpighi Hospital within walking distance and a few minutes drive from the fairgrounds.
Area served by Pharmacy and supermarkets within walking distance in two minutes.
The historic center of Bologna is ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone) so it is advisable to visit it by public transport or on foot.
The center and its masterpieces of art can be reached with a pleasant walk on the portico of Via Mazzini. As soon as you cross the boulevard, the street becomes Strada Maggiore which, with its ancient arcades, leads directly to the Due Torri.

Guglielmo Marconi Airport: 30 minutes by car
Piazza Maggiore: 9 minutes by car
