Very spacious villa on 2 levels that can accommodate up to 8 people! The building is located in Trecastagni, a town in the Etna villages which is a perfect starting point for visiting the majestic Etna Park, unique in all of Europe for the magnificence of its landscapes ranging from wooded areas to land where you can admire the remains of lava flows of the volcano! The nearest sea is located about 10km in Acireale, to the north you can visit Taormina and Giardini di Naxos!

The 180sqm villa is split over 2 levels and does NOT have a lift.
It is necessary to climb a flight of stairs from the road to access the small terrace where the entrance door is located. From this terrace through a passage you access the second large terrace, equipped with table, chairs and outdoor furniture, perfect for outdoor dining and enjoying some well-deserved relaxation!

Internally the Villa is composed as follows:
FIRST FLOOR of 110sqm: entrance with large living room with sofa and dining area and kitchen equipped with hob, fridge, freezer, traditional oven and microwave. Bedroom with double bed and wardrobe and second bedroom with 2 single beds and wardrobe. Both bedrooms have mosquito nets. Small service bathroom with washing machine and shower cubicle and second larger bathroom with bidet and bathtub. A wooden spiral staircase leads to the second floor.
SECOND FLOOR of 70sqm: consists of a double bedroom and another with 2 single beds. Both bedrooms are attic and with wardrobe / closet. 2 terraces both with sea view and wide panorama! There is also a bathroom with bidet and shower.

Additional services available: WIFI, independent heating, split air conditioning ONLY in the living room on the first floor, TV ONLY in the living room, washing machine, barbecue on the terrace.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Catania Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.

Self check-in will take place in this accomodation. It is MANDATORY to complete the registration in order to receive instructions to collect the keys and access the apartment.
The keys can be collected for free via smartlock on site.
In case of problem, telephone assistance will be guaranteed until 00:30 (half past midnight).

For all late check-ins from 21:00 to 00:00, If you wish to collect the keys from a member of our staff, in the apartment, it is possible, upon request with payment of a supplement equal to:
From 21.00 to 23.00: EUR 25
From 23.00 to 00.00: EUR 30
Late check-ins are not available after midnight.

In case of incorrect waste disposal in compliance with the rules that will be explained to you at check-in, a penalty of € 150 will be charged.
