Double bedroom with two bedside tables, TV and wardrobe.

Bathroom with shower, bidet, toilet, sink and hairdryer.

MOVEMENTS:
- From Ferrara railway station, it is possible to reach the apartment in 10 minutes;

- From Bologna Marconi airport, it is possible to reach the property in 40 minutes by car / taxi;

- For those travelling by car, the apartment is located within the limited traffic area (ZTL). Paid parking (free on holidays), open 24 hours, in Piazza Sacrati, a 4-minute walk from the property.

The apartment is located within the ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone) so the license plate will be required to access with the access pass which will be sent on the day of check-in.

USEFUL INFORMATION:
Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Ferrara.

10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Saturday
3 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Sundays

KEY COLLECTION:
Key collection is at our CLEANBNB Ferrara office at 52 Frescobaldi Street from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.
After 7 pm in SELF CHECK IN mode (with keybox).
Possibility to check in at the office from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. at a cost of 30 euros.
