The "Casa dell’Archivòlto" is located in the ancient heart of Ferrara, the Castrum, also called "Castello dei Curtensi".
The 104 sq m house is independent located between the ground floor and first floor, can accommodate up to 5 people and is spread over two floors in a period building from the early 1900s, renovated several times.
A 5-minute walk from the oldest part of the Walls (Via del Baluardi) and 10 minutes from the Estense Castle, the "Casa dell’Archivòlto".

The inside is organised as follows:
- BEDROOM I with double bed;
- BEDROOM II with two single beds;
- BATHROOM with double shower;
- KITCHEN (upstairs) with mocha, dishwasher, electric kettle, traditional oven and microwave, toaster and various utensils;
- LIVING ROOM;
- TERRACE of 20 sqm.

Other services available to guests: split air conditioning in the living room, free wifi, television, iron, clothesline, washing machine and clothes hanger. A folding bed is available for the fifth guest.

OTHER INFORMATION
- The apartment is pet friendly: pets accepted with an extra cleaning fee of 30 euros per stay.
- The internal garage is suitable for small-medium sized cars. The house is located within the limited traffic area (ZTL) and the most convenient free parking spaces are located in via Carlo Mayr and in via XX Settembre.

PAY ATTENTION: via Coperta is a very narrow street so we HIGHLY recommend not to park large cars in the garage inside the apartment.

MOVEMENTS:
- From Ferrara railway station, it is possible to take bus n. 1/6/9 to "Giovecca Montebello" stop, a 10-minute walk from the property;
- From Bologna Marconi airport, it is possible to reach the property in 40 minutes by car / taxi;
- The property is located within the limited traffic area (ZTL) and the most convenient free parking spaces are located in viale Baluardi and via XX Settembre, just a few minutes on foot from the property.

The apartment is located within the ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone) so the license plate will be required to access with the access pass which will be sent on the day of check-in.

USEFUL INFORMATION:
Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Ferrara Climatic Zone E: 13 hours a day from October 22th to April 7th

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Ferrara, equal to 0.30 cent.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

The apartment has a self check-in system, so you can access the apartment independently with the personal code that we will provide you a few days before arrival.

NB: You must complete the document registration and online check-in process in order to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment.

Once these operations have been carried out, instructions will be sent to access the apartment.
