Roomy apartment of 200 sqm, which can accommodate up to 8 people, located on the ground floor and first floor of a period building with frescoes and coffered ceilings from the 1500s. The property is located in a very quiet area, surrounded by greenery, but at the same time in the historic center of Ferrara (NO ZTL - Traffic Restricted Area), close to all the main tourist attractions, shops, museums and monuments.
The apartment has a kitchen, a living room, two bathrooms and three bedrooms.

The apartment is structured on three levels:
-> GROUND FLOOR: access to the staircase that leads to the apartment.

-> FIRST FLOOR:
- KITCHEN with gas hob, electric oven, refrigerator, moka, kettle, wine glasses, kitchenware and dining table. Access to the balcony;
- BALCONY with outdoor furniture (table and armchairs);
- LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed and dining table;
- BATHROOM I with bathtub, sink, bidet and WC;
- BEDROOM I with double bed, single bed and wardrobe;
- BEDROOM II with double bed and wardrobe;
- BEDROOM III with single bed and desk.

-> SECOND FLOOR:
- BATHROOM II with shower, sink, bidet and toilet.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, independent heating, TV, 3 fans, iron and ironing board, drying rack, washing machine (in the bathroom) and soundproof windows.

PLEASE NOTE:
- There are internal stairs: a flight of stairs to access the first floor and an internal staircase to go to the second bathroom (from the single bedroom).
- It is forbidden to walk on the grass in the garden.
- Bikes can be left in an area of the garden.

MOVEMENTS:
- From Bologna Marconi airport, it is possible to reach the property in 40 minutes by car/taxi; or by taking the shuttle to Bologna Central Station to continue by train to Ferrara Station.
Then continue by taking bus no. 1 / 6 / 9 to the "Giovecca Montebello" stop, 4 minutes walk from the property; Travel time: approximately 1 hour.

- From Ferrara station, you can take bus no. 1 / 6 / 9 to the "Giovecca Montebello" stop, 4 minutes walk from the property; Travel time: approximately 15 minutes.

- For those traveling by car, it is possible to park (for a fee) at the San Guglielmo garage, open 24 hours, a 5-minute walk from the apartment. Alternatively, it is possible to park for free on the street (NOT guaranteed and NOT bookable).

USEFUL INFORMATION:
Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Ferrara Climatic Zone E: 13 hours a day from October 22th to April 7th

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Ferrara.

KEY COLLECTION:
The apartment has a self check-in system, so you can access the apartment independently with the personal code that we will provide you a few days before arrival.

NB: You must complete the document registration and online check-in process in order to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment.

Once these operations have been carried out, instructions will be sent to access the apartment.
