The apartment is located on the sixth floor of a building with a lift, not suitable for the disabled. To access it, you have to go up 3 steps. In 70 square meters of space, it accommodates 2 people. We are close to the Zucca park. Also a short distance from the railway station and the fair! It is possible to park in front of the entrance of the condominium on via Magenta and in all the neighboring areas on the street on paid blue stripes.
ATTENTION: Renovation work is underway on the facade of the building, therefore the balcony is NOT accessible and there may be some noise.
LIVING AREA. Living room with sofa and television, kitchen equipped with moka pot, electric kettle, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and traditional oven.
DOUBLE BEDROOM.
BATHROOM. Bathtub with shower, bidet and hairdryer.
OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE. Free unlimited Wifi, split air conditioning in the living room and bedroom, iron and clothesline.
Cot for babies upon request and payment.

Bologna is a modern city, but rich of history and culture, and the apartment is in a good position for a full visit of the city and its surroundings. Palazzo Fava, Piazza Maggiore, the two towers, San Petronio and the university area deserve definitely a visit during your stay. The hilly areas of Villa Ghigi and San Luca are great for admiring breathtaking views of Bologna and relaxing in the nature.
The apartment is located in the north area of Bologna, in the Bolognina district, a quiet and peaceful area just 15 minutes walk from the high-speed entrance of the train station and the center.
In about 10 minutes you can also reach the entrance to the West square Constitution of the Fair.
The area is well served by public transport (bus) shops and restaurants and is not a subject to traffic restrictions.
The apartment is easily reachable by car from exit 6 of the Bologna ring road, which is only 1.5 km away
The airport can be reached in about 15 minutes by car or taxi or in about 20 minutes from the station with the CityLink Bus BLQ.
