Spacious apartment for 4 people located in a multi-ethnic area, close to Piazza della Repubblica and the Balôn, one of the biggest and oldest used markets in Europe! A 550m walk to "Porta Palatina" and 13 minutes away from Piazza Castello (full city center). The flat has a large balcony overlooking the Central Market and every kind of comfort that will make your stay unforgettable!
Parking space included, covered (NO BOX), for the exclusive use of guests.

The 58 sqm apartment is located on 1st floor of a building with elevator, but it can't be used. You have to climb stairs to reach the flat.

The space is organized as follows:

- KITCHEN AREA with gas hob, traditional oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, moka, non-electric kettle, toaster and kitchenware;
- LIVING ROOM with dining area, French sofa bed and smart TV;
- BEDROOM with queen bed, single armchair-bed, wardrobe and desk;
- BATHROOM with wc, bidet and shower box;
- BALCONY.

Additional facilities available for guests: central heating, fan, unlimited WiFi, drying rack, iron and ironing board, hairdryer.

PARKING: covered parking space reserved for the exclusive use of guests.

Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).
N.B. In the case of long stays (over 30 days) the linen will be collected every maximum 15 days by the cleaning company.
Once collected, the guest can choose:
- to use their own;
- the replacement: in this case there is a cost of €15 for a queen set and €8 for each additional set.

The apartment is for the exclusive use of the guests during the stay.

At the check-in we will need to record the data of each guest, as required by Italian law, and you will therefore be required to show a valid document.

The keys will be collected in our office in Corso Inghilterra 39 in Turin, from 11.00 to 13.00 and from 14.00 to 23.00. It will be possible to enter the apartment after 15:00.

It will be possible to leave your luggage in the office, collect the keys and access the apartment once cleaning is finished, by 3.00 pm. We will provide you with further instructions one week before check in.

For those who take advantage of the self check-in, we will offer a welcome welcome kit.

Alternatively, paid apartment check-in is available as follows:
- EUR 12 from 15.00 to 21.00
- EUR 25 from 21:00 to 23:00
- EUR 30 from 23:00 to 00:00
- EUR 40 from 00:00 until 01:30
All requests for late arrivals are subject to confirmation by the property. The last possible check-in, even paying the supplement, is 01:30.

The house is located in the center, in the Porta Palazzo area. In the Piazza della Repubblica market every day you can buy all kinds of foodstuffs, from the typical Piedmontese and more generally Italian ones to the ethnic ones characteristic of other gastronomic cultures.
A few steps away from the square, every Saturday of the month takes place the BALON, a historical flea market that hosts, antique dealers, artisans and collectors of merit but also simple hobbyists: if the time at your disposal provides for you let yourself be fascinated by this market and treat yourself to a pleasant walk among the stalls, the Balon and its rarities at bargain prices will win you over!
Near the house you will find excellent typical restaurants and family-run Piedmontese trattorias - just to mention a few names "Ristorante San Giors", "Trattoria Valenza", "Il Cortiletto" - and various restaurants ideal for an outdoor aperitif.
In Piazza Borgo Dora, two minutes walk from your accommodation, is the HOLDEN, School of Storytelling & Performing Arts founded by Alessandro Baricco.
A couple of blocks away are the Porte Palatine, ancient Roman walls of access to the city (then called Augusta Taurinorum), which lead to one of the most beautiful and monumental central squares: Piazza Castello. In fact, Palazzo Reale, the historic residence of the Savoy family, with the Royal Church of San Lorenzo, the Cathedral of San Giovanni, which houses the Holy Shroud, the Armory and the Royal Library and the famous Regio Theater designed by famous Turin architect Carlo Mollino.

Located just outside the ZTL area, the flat is easily accessible by car and has a free parking space in the garage located in front of the apartment.
