The apartment is on the first floor of a modern building, with a lift not suitable for disabled people. To access the elevator you have to go up five steps.
In 40 square meters of space, it comfortably accommodates two people with a double sofa bed.

The hilly areas of "Villa Ghigi" and "San Luca" are wonderful: you can admire breathtaking views over Bologna and relax in nature.
