Located on the fourth floor, without elevator, of a period building in good condition, the apartment is located in Via dei Neri, one of the most renowned streets of the city for its history and its buildings architecture.
The property is located inside the City Center Restricted Traffic Area, be careful if you're travelling by car.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES: independent heating, unlimited wifi, air conditioning, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, clothesline.

PLEASE NOTE: if you're travelling with small children, please pay attention to the stairs.

PLEASE NOTE: there may be noise during the stay due to renovations to the apartment upstairs.

The whole flat will be at your complete disposal.

The apartment is located in Santa Croce district and is less than 5 minutes walk from the homonymous Basilica. The area is an obligatory stop during your stay in Florence and walking through the neighborhood you will be enveloped by the charm and architecture of the historic center and its monuments.
Although the area is very popular with tourists, it has maintained its original appearance: walking through the narrow streets and small squares, it is possible to rediscover artisan shops, typical restaurants and minor museums (Bargello).
The neighborhood is characterized by the presence of important monuments and historical testimonies, typical restaurants, shops of all kinds. Piazza Signoria and the Uffizi Gallery can be easily reached on foot in a few minutes, just as it is possible to reach all the main points of interest in the city by walking.
The district offers a very wide range of activities: from the historic ice cream shop in Florence, Vivoli, to the bar where you can enjoy cold cuts sipping a glass of wine in front of Santa Croce Church; from a shopping trip to the leather shops to an evening at the Verdi Theater and after dinner with a live concert on the Lungarno.
The possibilities are almost endless to make your holiday in Florence enchanting and unforgettable.

-From Florence Amerigo Vespucci Airport it is possible to reach the apartment by LAM PO-FI line which stops in Via Delle Carra, where it is possible to take line 23 to Corso dei Tintori as your final destination, a 2-minute walk from the apartment.

-From Santa Maria Novella train station you can reach the apartment via C2 line to Ghibellina Bargello stop, 4 minutes walk away from the apartment.

If you're travelling by car please pay attention, the apartment is located within the City Center Restricted Traffic Area.
It is possible to park on the street for a fee (blue stripes) or, alternatively, at the Garage in C.so Tintori, a 3-minute walk from the apartment and an agreement for the purchase of the access ticket to the Restricted Traffic Area.

IDs of all residents must be shown upon check-in as required by Italian law.

A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours:
- EUR 25 from 21:00 until 23:00;
- EUR 30 from 23:00 until 00:00;
- EUR 40 from 00:00 until 01:30;
All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.

City tax must be payed cash upon arrival: 5,5€/guest per night of stay.
