Cozy and modern loft, perfect for 4 people and organized on two levels, located on the ground floor of a Milanese building. The property is located near Porta Venezia, a lively neighborhood, well served by public transport and full of restaurants and bars to enojy the authentic Milanese life.
The apartment consists of a living area with a kitchenette, a bedroom with a walk-in closet and a bathroom.

The inside is organized as follows:
- LIVING AREA with double sofa bed, TV, dining table and kitchenette (with induction hob, fridge, microwave, kitchenware and kettle);
- BATHROOM with shower box (a step to access to it), sink, bidet and WC;
- BEDROOM (on the mezzanine) with double bed and WALK-IN CLOSET.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: wifi, heating, air conditioning (split in the living area), washing machine, iron and ironing board, coat hanger, drying rack and hairdryer.

PLEASE NOTE: there are stairs without handrails to reach the mezzanine (where the double bed and the walk-in closet are located). Consequently, the apartment is not particularly suitable if you are traveling with small children.

IDs of all residents must be shown upon check-in, as required by Italian law.
To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality, equal to 3 euro per person per night.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

In a few minutes, it is possible to reach Corso Buenos Aires, one of the main shopping streets of the city, and the Central Station, a crucial connection point with Malpensa, Linate and Orio al Serio airports, as well as a bus, tram and undeground stop that will allow you to easily reach all the main attractions in the city.

To reach the main points of interest in the city:
- Indro Montanelli Public Gardens: 5 minutes on foot;
- Piazza Duomo and Galleria Vittorio Emmanuele II: 8 minutes by public transport;
- Brera Art Gallery: 12 minutes by public transport;
- Sforzesco Castle and Sempione Park: 17 minutes by public transport;
- Navigli/Darsena: 30 minutes by public transport.

- Al Plaza Restaurant: 1 minute walk;
- Churchill Caffè (bar): 1 minute on foot;
- Carrefour Express (supermarket): 3 minutes on foot.

- From Milan Linate Airport, it is possible to reach the apartment by taking bus n. 73 from the airport to "C.so 22 marzo 5" stop (13 stops). From here, it is necessary to move to “Piazza 5 Giornate” stop (1 minute on foot), where it is possible to take tram n. 9 to “Viale Vittorio Veneto 18” stop (5 stops), a 4-minute walk from the property.

- From Milan Malpensa Airport, it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the Terravision bus service from the airport to the Central Station, a 10-minute walk from the property.

- From the Central Station, it is possible to easily reach the apartment on foot in 10 minutes. Alternatively, it is possible to take M3 underground (yellow line) from the station to “Repubblica” stop, a 3-minute walk from the property.

- If you are traveling by car, parking is not included; however, it is possible to park for a fee at Repubblica car park, in Piazza della Repubblica 14, open 7 days a week from 7:00 am to 2:00 am.
