Cosy 60 sqm apartment, which can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people, located on the ground floor of a building without lift. The apartment is located in an excellent position in the historic center of the city of Bari (traffic-restricted area - ZTL), a few steps from major tourist attractions such as the "Basilica of San Nicola" (pilgrimage destination from all over the world), the "Castello Svevo", the Cathedral, the Petruzzelli Theater and the waterfront.

The interior space is composed as follows:
- Kitchen equipped with gas hob, fridge, freezer, moka, electric kettle, coffee machine and traditional oven
- Living room (1 step to access it) with double sofa bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and Smart TV with Amazon Fire Stick
- Bedroom with double bed
- Toilet with wc, bidet and shower box
Additional services available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, independent heating, one fan, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee).

N.B.: the keys of the entrance door are located in a safe with a code, which will be provided at check-in.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

The apartment is located in a strategic area that is easily accessible from Bari Centrale Railway Station, the port and Karol Woytila ​​International Airport.

- FROM KAROL WOYTILA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT: it is possible to reach the apartment in a total of 40 minutes by taking the FR2 train from the airport to Bari Centrale Railway Station, from where you need to walk for about 15 minutes to the property.

- FROM BARI CENTRALE RAILWAY STATION: the apartment is easily reachable in 15 minutes on foot (1.1 km away)

- IF YOU ARE TRAVELING BY CAR: the apartment is in the historic center, therefore in a traffic-restricted area (ZRL), where traffic is limited for cars. It is possible to park for a fee in a garage 200 meters away, or in the surrounding streets (blue stripes).
