Cosy 100 sqm apartment, organized on two levels (ground and first floor), perfect for 7 people located 500m far from the sea and the beautiful beaches, has a large balcony with outdoor table, perfect for lunch and breakfast outside enjoying the sea air and the wonderful panorama.

Located in Santa Maria del Focallo, in a characteristic area with numerous trails for naturalistic excursions on foot or by bicycle.

The inside is organized as follows:
- BEDROOM: with a queen bed
- SECOND BEDROOM: with two single beds
- THIRD BEDROOM: with a single bed
- LIVING AREA: with a queen sofa bed and dining area. The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge, freezer, stove, oven, electric kettle, plates, glasses, cutlery and Moka.
- TWO BATHROOMS: both with shower cabin
- LARGE BALCONY: table and chairs.

Bed linen and towels provided upon arrival.

FURTHER SERVICES: TV, independent heating with heat pumps, air conditioning, washing machine, barbecue, drying rack, hairdryer.

PLEASE NOTE: the power of the house is 3 kw. Be careful when using multiple appliances at the same time.

The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and to pay the city tax (€1,00 per person per night of stay).

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Marina di Ragusa Climatic Zone A: 5 hours a day from December 8th to March 7th.

For all late check-ins from 21:30 to 01:30, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following:

EUR 30 between 23:00 and 00:00
EUR 40 between 00:00 and 01:30
Late check-ins are not available after 01:30.

Beach of fine sand, crystal clear water and natural dunes (so-called Maccuna): this beach belonging to the Ragusa coast has been awarded the Blue Flag several times, thanks to the quality of the sea water of the coast.

This is the coast of Santa Maria del Focallo, that is the natural continuation of the beach of Marina Marza, which in turn is a continuation of the Granelli beach, part of the Ragusa coast. The beach of Santa Maria del Focallo is free but there are some stretches where efficient beaches and clubs for evening entertainment emerge. In addition, our house is very close to the beautiful beach of Ciriga, which we absolutely recommend to visit!

In the area there are various commercial activities to meet the basic needs (pizzerias, bars, restaurants, tobacconists, shops, rotisseries, etc.), all more or less reachable on foot or in a few minutes by car. In Viale Kennedy, it is possible to find, for example, a market with a bar, tobacco shop and other services of first necessity. All the other services, shops and evening life can be found in the splendid Pozzallo (10-15 km), a seaside town of about 20,000 inhabitants, full of events throughout the year (shows, festivals, concerts, etc ...), or in Marzamemi (16 km), a renowned seaside tourist village, part of Pachino.

- Casa Rosa (food shop): 6 minutes on foot;
- Market and Bar (Viale Kennedy): 8 minutes on foot;
- Lido Maracaibo (bar): 10 minutes on foot.

How to get to Santa Maria del Focallo
- From Catania airport (115 km):
Follow the directions for Siracusa and take A18 Siracusa-Gela motorway to Rosolini exit, after about 90 km. Continue to Ispica (SS115) and after about 5 km, immediately after Eurospin, turn left following the signs for Pachino and Portopalo di Capo Passero. After about 400 meters (on the right you will see some fir trees) turn right to enter SP50 and after traveling another 7 km turn right into Via Ucca Marina (at the intersection you will see a large yellow shed on the left). After about 4 km you will reach the coast of the SP67 (Santa Maria del Focallo).

- From Comiso airport (69 km):
Follow the directions for Ragusa and then for Modica, Pozzallo and Syracuse. After about 65 km, immediately after having crossed a large bend in a junction, you will find us on SP46 towards Ispica. From there, continue for another 650 meters until you reach a crossroads where you will need to turn right, taking the SP121 (from the road you can see carob trees, olive trees and lemon groves). After about 3 km you will reach the coast of the SP67 (Santa Maria del Focallo).
