Roomy and cozy apartment that can accommodate up to 5 people, located in an elegant renovated ancient building, in a peaceful zone that makes it the ideal accommodation for both tourist and business stays. The Crocetta district, where the apartment is located, is well stocked with shops and restaurants, as well as being well served by public transport which also connects it to Turin Caselle Airport. Ideal starting point for exploring the Piedmontese capital!

The apartment of about 90 sqm is located on the first floor of a building without elevator and is composed as follows:
- 18 sqm independent kitchen equipped with gas hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, non-electric kettle, moka, toaster, juicer, traditional oven and microwave, split AC and TV
- Living room with queen sofa bed and TV
- First bedroom of 20 sqm with queen bed and large wardrobe
- Second bedroom equipped with a single bed, wardrobe and desk
- Toilet with wc and shower box
- Service toilet with sink, wcand washing machine.
- Closet
- 3 balconies.
Additional facilities available for the guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, centralized heating with valves, 2 fans, drying rack, iron and ironing board.

Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).
N.B. In the case of long stays (over 30 days) the linen will be collected every maximum 15 days by the cleaning company.
Once collected, the guest can choose:
- to use their own;
- the replacement: in this case there is a cost of €15 for a queen set and €8 for each additional set.

The apartment is for the exclusive use of the guests during the stay.

We will be at disposal for any requests and information, to make your stay even more interesting and organized. For any unexpected events or clarification we will be reachable by phone or by e-mail.

According to the Italian Law, upon arrival our guest will be required to show a valid identity document in order to record all the details of each guest.

The keys will be collected in our office in via Filippo Juvarra 24 in Turin, from 11.00 to 13.00 and from 14.00 to 23.00. It will be possible to enter the apartment after 15:00.

The office can be reached from Porta Susa Station (where all regional / intercity and high-speed trains stop and also the Sadem shuttle from the airport) in 5 minutes on foot. If you are traveling by car, you will find free places in front of the office where you can leave the car in order to collect the keys.

It will be possible to leave your luggage in the office, collect the keys and access the apartment once cleaning is finished, by 3.00 pm. We will provide you with further instructions one week before check in.

For those who take advantage of the self check-in, we will offer a welcome welcome kit.

After 21, check-in directly at the apartment is possible with the following extra costs:
- EUR 25 from 21:00 to 23:00
- EUR 30 from 23:00 to 00:00
- EUR 40 from 00:00 until 01:30
All requests for late arrivals are subject to confirmation by the property. The last possible check-in, even paying the supplement, is 01:30.

Crocetta is one of the most prestigious residential areas of Turin, famous for its splendid historic residences and its green areas. Every day (except on Sundays) it is possible to walk among the benches of a beautiful open-air market, a destination for tourists and te locals.
Quiet neighborhood but convenient to all services, 15 minutes walk to Porta Nuova station, 20 minutes walk to the center. All kinds of shops in the immediate vicinity.
Moving on foot you can reach:
- 1 km from the Metro stop NIZZA
- 1.2 km San Salvario the nightlife district
- 1.5 km the shopping streets and the historic center
It is not in the ZTL area so there are no time constraints for circulation. A 15 minute walk you can reach Piazza Carlo Felice and Via Roma and from there take the arcades that in a single walk along the most beautiful streets and the most beautiful squares of the city until you reach Piazza Vittorio crossing the beautiful Via Po called "Regina viarum" being the largest street in Turin at the time of its construction.
In the opposite direction in 20 minutes on foot you reach the GAM - Modern Civic Gallery.

How to reach the apartment:
- From Porta Nuova Station: in 7 minutes by tram line 4 (final VESPUCCI stop, located 100m from the flat).
- From Porta Susa Station: in 16 minutes by bus line 000282 (final stop VIA SACCHI 64, located 400m from the flat).
- From Caselle Airport: you can take the shuttle that leaves every 20 minutes from the airport and reaches Porta Nuova Station or take a taxi

The apartment is located outside the ZTL and can be reached by car. Street parking must be paid on blue lines.
